((Samsung Galaxy 9+) Copy to clipboard delayed in Samsung Notes only

[Android Central Question]

When I try to copy text from any of my saved Samsung notes, the copy to clipboard is delayed. So far, I can copy from anywhere else, and paste immediately. This just started recently. It is about a 30 - 40 sec delay. I have cleared Samsung Notes cache, which did not resolve it so I then cleared Samsung Notes data, this also did not resolve the issue. I also cleared data for ClipboardSaveService.

You tried things I would of suggested, have tried a restart of the device?

Try copying a large picture to the clipboard and see if it also delays. Notes isn't just text. Large complex code that ends up looking like a little text note is still large complex code.

Yes, mustang7757, I have restarted my phone. Also, I haven't had a recent update on my phone either although, maybe the app itself was updated. I will have to check. But thank you.

Yes, Rukbat, I can copy and paste a picture with no issue, unless I'm in Samsung Notes. All other areas/apps I am able to copy and paste anything without any problem. Thank you.
