what is Used com.samsung."networkui" in my activity mean

Why does this keep showing up in my activity.....
Used com.samsung."networkui"

Welcome to Android Central! I don't know for certain, but the "com." part means it's a system app, the "samsung" part obviously means it's a Samsung app, and "networkui" means network user interface. The bottom line is that it's not malware, and if it's not your phone, then no, your significant other isn't cheating on you.
