How do i stop whats going on

I want to no if i master reset my phone an change me email address will that get rid of what there call google play services modules its driving my uncle crazy it has takin over his phone he got a new one an when he tranfered it over it went to his new phone so if he resets it an gets a ne email will it fix this can some one please help me help him get his phone back

Welcome to Android Central! Google Play Services is integral to how many apps work on Android phones. It's not malware, and it's not advisable to get rid of it. Are you saying that your uncle's phone is persistently getting error messages that say "Unfortunately, Google Play Services has stopped"?
