I have an old galaxy tab 3 and i need help

I need to put a delete bin under my swipe right on my outlook emails. How do i do this?

This delete bin was there before so i don't know if it

disappeared on an update

Open the Outlook app, tap the menu button on the top-left corner, select Settings at the bottom (cog icon), and tap Swipe Options. There you can set what you want to assign to each side swipe.
