galaxy s10plus camera/keyboard resets in use

[Android Central Question]

I will be zoomed in for a pic and it will reset to standard view or when recording my video will stop on it's own. So annoying!! Also while texting or searching the keyboard just drops back down. Also annoying!! Is this a known issue. I have done 2 factory resets and they work for a few days then right back into it getting progressively more frequent. I'm over it. Please help!!

Welcome to Android Central! Is it possible you're accidentally tapping the Back or Home button? Do you have a screen protector on? If so, try taking it off, since they can sometimes lead to phantom touches.
