I think my Galaxy S5 has been hacked, I have a brand new Galaxy A20e to setup and use
I know I have to change all passwords using a different device which will be my A20e once set up I have synced and backed up my S5 Do I do factory reset to lose the hacker then reinstate everything before using the Smart Switch app to transfer everything and will this be clear from the hacker? If you believe your existing device has been compromised, do not connect it to anything by any method. Set up your new device as new, preferably with a new Gmail as the primary.
