Whifi calling and mms texting

[Android Central Question]

I have a galaxy j2. Which I hate, android did an update now I can not recieve ms message or use my wifi calling It works at other places that i have wifi I've tried everything i can think of and even went to cricket they said it the internet service. Frontier says it's not their issue someone please help

Welcome to Android Central! What's the exact model number of the phone? Did you get it from Frontier, or did you bring it to Frontier from some other carrier?

Is Frontier your wireless carrier, or is it only your ISP for your home?
