New ASUS Chromebook Black Screen

[Android Central Question]

Hi,

I have just bought an Asus C434 Chromebook. Really loving it but one problem is every now and then I just get a black screen and can't access anything. The only way to resolve it is to power down and back on. It is very annoying. Is this a known issue or should I return it?

Welcome to Android Central! You could try doing a Powerwash and then setting it back up again. If the problem persists, then I agree, return it.
