Why can't my Samsung Galaxy J6+ phone's wifi see other wifis around except my personal wifi.

My Samsung J6+ keeps searching for wifi's around without seeing any even though my office and other wifi's are available at the moment. My office wifi is free and my Samsung Galaxy J6+ has automatically connected to it for a year now but suddenly couldn't even see it not to talk of connecting to it for 3 days now. It just keeps searching all through the day without seeing any available wifi but it see and connects to my personal wifi alone. Please what could the problem be?

Welcome to Android Central! What's the exact model number of the phone? Do you know for sure that it supports 5 GHz wi-fi? If it only supports 2.4 GHz and those other wi-fi networks are 5 GHz, that might be one of the reasons.
