Why my voicemail isn't working?

[Android Central Question]

My phone did an update about a month ago, and ever since my voicemail doesn't work anymore. When I go to the voicemail Icon on the screen it says Not Supported. I have no idea what to do, and don't have access to my voicemail anymore. Anyone know what could be wrong, or how to solve this problem?

Voicemail icon that's visual voice mail? Also need some info like phone and carrier?

Welcome to Android Central! Open your Phone app, tap Menu>Settings>Call Settings>Voicemail, and make sure your voicemail is properly set up.
