Images corrupt after downloading from camera

[Android Central Question]

I have been trying to save images to my Tab S4. When I view them from the camera SD card they are fine, but after I download them to the SD on the tablet and attempt to view them using photoshop express I am getting a message that the images are corrupt or damaged. Each image is approximately between 8 and 10Mb in size.

Welcome to Android Central! Can you try a different SD card? Cards can corrupt relatively easily.

What kind of images are they? JPG, PNG, DNG...
How were they transferred to the Tab S4?
