I can't get the old email address to let me usr another, also i didn't know the password or address

Don't know the address or password. Help. I have factory reset it, but can't get passed it.

Welcome to Android Central! You have to get the previous owner to help you log in. What you're seeing is Factory Reset Protection, which is intended to discourage thieves from stealing a phone and doing a simple factory reset to make it their own. There's no way around that.
