Can not recieve incoming calls from landline

[Android Central Question]

I am receiving text, calls from cell phones and access to Internet but my calls from land lines are being diverted to carrier that says my phone is no longer in service. My service is provided by SafeLink/TracFone.

Which phone , and carrier ?
Have you tried contacting your carrier?

Welcome to Android Central! Probably a silly question, but are you sure people calling you on a landline are dialing a "1" before the area code? You never have to do that when using a cellphone to dial, but you still have to when using a landline. (Landlines are getting so obsolete that I wouldn't be surprised if younglings didn't know this.)
