Change my phone settings back to English

I need help changing my phone settings back to English

Welcome to Android Central! Which phone? Swipe down the notification panel, tap the settings gear icon, then look for the Language menu. If there are icons associated with each menu item, then look for an icon that looks like an "A" or a globe. Select it, then tap the first item in that menu, which should be System Language. Now select your preferred English variant.

If there are no icons associated with each menu item, then do a little research -- search the web for how the system settings menu on your phone is set up, and correlate that with the menu on your phone You should be able to figure out which is the Language menu that way.
