UDB Input Issue

Would be grateful for any advice.

I have an Android head unit installed in my car that supports USB dashcam input. The dashcam is not recognised in startup. Once head unit is powered if I unplug and replug the dashcam works perfect (not ideal as wires are hidden).

Are there any fixes so that the Android would detect usb camera on startup?
