Re-sizing wallpaper

I miss my old wallpaper from my old phone. However the pixal size for that wall paper is 320x480, so it looks smaller, and doesn't fit the whole screen. Is there a way to re-size it to a proper screen size? And forgive me for being a Bears fan...

First of all, the aspect ratios are different, so you'll definitely need to crop it.
Secondly, if you still have the hi res version, editing/resizing it to 1080x960 would make it look really nice for the home page scrolling effect. You'll want to have it at 540x960 if you set your wallpaper to be static though.

I wouldn't recommend blowing up the low res one because it might look pixelated.
...But out of boredom, I made a two MS Paint hackjob versions for you (if you're really desperate). Both are blown up; one is cropped to 540x960 and the other is the original mirrored and then cropped (horribly).
