I definitely notice an increase in battery life. Installed ICS this morning around 5AM, charged it to 100% and unplugged around 9AM. I have literally been using it all day with heavy, heavy use just exploring all the new features and it's only down to 65% as I type this. Normally, with this amount of use on Gingerbread, I'd be down to 40-50%.

Seems better. I have screen brightness set to auto. My screen has been on for 1 hr 6 min and the battery is still reporting 100%.

Did anyone else notice that the screen quality is a bit different? On auto, it seeks to dim a bit more than before.

Yeah I definitely noticed that. At 10 percent brightness it's way dimmer than gingerbread

The first the two guys. You two have the Razr Marxx so i expect your battery to last a very long time. I myself only have the Droid Razr and I use to get 12 to 13 hours of use. Not loving ICS when it comes to battery life.

With ICS do you get another screen when you tap the graph on top of that one? Pls post screen shot.

Thanx, signal line looks a little choppy. Before ICS, did you sometimes have the 4G go from blue to white and lose data? Has that been cured with ICS?

    I'm hoping!

Am I missing something? I see the stock battery says 60% while the other application says something like 56%, right? If that's it, I've noticed that difference with my Battery Monitor Pro application and always laughed. I attributed it to the idea of rounding up, but still funny.

Just the fact the graph is dumbed down, it doesn't show the 20 minutes I used the car charger, but states it has been on discharge for only 6 hours?

Not sure about ICS life but just in regular use I've been using the smart action Battery Extender to disable background data, cellular data, wireless and gps when the display is off & not charging. I'm not able to be on the phone a lot at my weekend job and on Saturday the meter didn't move off 100% for 4 hrs. It remained above 90% for over 10hrs. Data reactivates automatically when you touch the screen and that's all you need. Works great.
