Incoming callers experience static feedback when calling my Droid Razr Maxx

Hi. I had my screen replaced on my Droid Razr Maxx and now whenever someone calls me, they hear themselves in a static feedback echo. I took the phone back to the repair shop and they opened the phone and checked it over but found nothing wrong. Please help me resolve this.

It's impossible to troubleshoot a hardware fault on a forum. I'm pretty sure the problem is related to the new screen. Perhaps the device wasn't "grounded" when worked on? Can you take it to another shop?

Hello, & Welcome to Android Central Forums!!

I'm sorry you're having this issue, but it would seem that if the repair shop could not find an issue, then I"m afraid it would be hard for us to resolve this. In my mind, there is obviously something hardware related going on, or perhaps they didn't put something back together correctly.

I think maybe, you need to take it to a different repair shop, and see if they can resolve it. Check back here from time to time, someone else may have another option for you.

Go ahead and register with us, it's FREE & EASY!!
