911 Please Help!!!

I powered off my phone and held down power and volume down at the same time. It gave the warning that installing a custom Rom can mess things up click up to continue or down to cancel. I clicked up and now im stuck at this screen with the green android man and the screen says "Odin Mode and Downloading" and says do not turn off target. its been stuck for about 15 minutes. What did i do or should i Do?

Also i am rooted. Aokp milestone 6. Please Help. I need to get out of here Soon!

Ok nevermind....I fixed it. I knew we could just hold down the power button to get out of it but it wasn't working. It finally worked but I had to hold it down for about 20 seconds (not exaggerating) and it finally shut down. Sorry guys.

Oh ok didn't know if pulling the battery was going to do anything bad. Thanks though.

As long as you aren't actively flashing something in odin it doesn't matter. If you pull the cord or battery during a flash in odin well... goodluck you might have a trip planned to brick city
