Downloading conversationso help plz

My now ex set up Facebook n messenger for me. I stupidly don't know the password for my Facebook and I don't have access to the email address to change it.....anyway I'm still logged in on my old phone and want to download all my messenger conversations to my laptop before I ask Facebook to delete the account and start a new one myself..........I cannot log into Facebook on my laptop as don't know we the password and can't reset it so what i need to do is download the messages from my messenger APP on my andriod phone to my laptop but I can't see how to do this. Please help asap

I need it sorted asap as it's only a matter of time before the ex realises I can still access it on my phone

I think FB has a verification process where you can message them & after answering a few questions they'll be able to send you a reset link to your accessible email.
