Fossil Q - Gen 4 - No notifications received

Hello,

Brand new Fossil Q Explorist Gen 4, updated. Synced with two accounts to the phone. When I first began wearing, the notifications would show up in the screen, but no vibration. Now vibration and notifications not showing.

At first I tried with messenger, I made sure messenger was closed everywhere else, but no, no message notification and no vibration (as a result).

Do not disturb is not activated. Notfications for everything are active. Really unsure what else to do.

Make sure all notifications from apps are turned ON, particularly android messages
Un-install any battery, ram or memory managing apps... its best to let Android take care of that.
Try clearing cache on your phone.
Check phone and watch for updates, install any that are waiting.
re-boot watch
re-boot phone

Usually on mine, when notifications die its been because there is an update waiting behind the scenes to install.
