Order says On Hold

Hi, I received a text from tmobile after they tried to charge my card but the funds where not there to call and straighten it out or they would cancel my order. I called after depositing money and they took the payment for my orders yesterday morning. I have yet to get a receipt or order update. When I look at my order status on line it still says "On Hold". I keep calling and always the same kind of " you will be billed when it ships" answer even after telling them that payment has already been deducted from my account. I am going to be super upset if the 21st rolls around and my phones have not come. Especially after all the calls, and texts I have made trying to find out what's going on AND I thought I was getting them early...
