Sprint evo(no 4g) or Incredible

My sprint contract is about to run out and im in the market for a new phone. What i want in a phone is fast operation as far as starting/stopping programs. ease of use and battery life (extendeds are ok) I live in a non-4g area and i doubt that its coming here soon, and i want some opinions on the Sprint EVO vs Incredible. The HDMI out doesn't excite me too much and I just want a phone that works well "all" the time. Should i renew with sprint when the evo comes out and get that or has the incredible proved itself and i switch to verizon.

If Sprint works for you why switch besides Sprint has the cheaper plans even with the extra $10 which they might wave. With Sprint you can trade you phone in yearly, 30 day grantee, unlimited mobile to mobile and no data cap on the Evo 3g or 4g. Id go for the evo it has a much bigger screen, 720p recording and hotspots, other than that it has most of the same stuff.
