Ok ok I know I'm not the only one that does some idiotic things that will cause my phone to crash and have a cracked screen or something of that nature.

What have you done to your phone.? I dropped my thunderbolt into a bowl of cereal. I cracked my droid incredible on Christmas morning. Fresh out the box.

I don't drop my phone. If I think I may not be able to hold onto it because of what I'll be doing that day, I have a pretty well-padded case to use it in. (If I regularly dropped my phone, I'd buy an industrial-strength phone, like the old plastic Nextels.)

I don't hold my phone near any water. Unless you have a glass baking dish and a quart of alcohol right next to you, you might as well put the phone in the driveway and back over it. (When I'm on the water, the phone goes into a sealed plastic bag - just in case there's an emergency.)

In a few years we'll have waterproof phones, but until then phones need waterproofing owners.
