[HELP]LG Optimus Elite - Need HELP!!!!!!!

So I reset my phone and
before that the wifi was working fine,
but now,
for some reason i get this loop of
"Obtaining IP Address",
"Disconnected",
then does it again.
Anyone have any ideas?

Example. It Loads this then disconnects after a while and repeats.

Are you able to reset the router? Unplug it and plug it back in again after about 10 seconds.

Another thing to try is to forget the network, then reestablish the network connection on your phone.

You have to understand. Without my wifi I can only get on here for a few minutes a day at the library.
and I did respond.

AND I actually have 5 different threads on different android forums asking for help with this. NO ONES given any useful help :/ I'm gettin flustered.
