When trying to play a video on snapchat, it comes up with the message 'Can't play this video'. This only seems to happen when attempting to watch a video from an iphone. I have a Samsung Galaxy Fame and have been experiencing this problem since I got the phone. I have already tried to clear the cache and reinstall the app but have failed to resolve the issue from these steps.
