Droid Bionic, (no sim) wont download anything??

Hello everyone.
I've just ordered a Motorola Droid Bionic 16GB, "Clean IME status, Verizon".
It didn't come with a SIM card but seller did not mention this.
I bypassed the SIM setup with the clockwise tap, everything seemed fine, but I can't download ANYTHING.
Apps, Google images, MP3s, updates, etc. The download will start, it will say processing/pending, but will not even start.

I only bought this phone to download...I only need it for WiFi.
Somebody help me out? Please? D:

Welcome to Android Central! I assume the phone arrived already factory reset, but maybe try resetting it again?

Is it connecting to your router?

Are you able to access the internet with a web browser?
