I can't buy apps in my Play Store, it always has the error considered high risk. How can I fix it?

i can't buy apps in my play store.it always error considered high risk.how can i fix it?

I can't buy any apps using my debit card.i tried it many times but its always says "error considered as high risk try again after 30 minutes.how can i fix it???

Is this a newly added account or new account? If so, it can take a few days for Google to 'process' your payment method and verify it (it might even send you an e-mail with a few questions to confirm). If this is a new account, try making a few free purchases, wait a couple hours and try again with a paid purchase.
