why does my phone have to be on loud speaker or have head phones in for me to hear people?

My caller has to be on loud speaker or I have to plug in head phones for people to hear me and also my volume button has come out. how much will it be for me to replace or fix my phone?

No way to tell until you bring it into the shop. It has to be opened, so there's labor for that. You may need a new button. You may need a whole new volume assembly. You may need a new mic. You may need a new motherboard. So $50-$300 or thereabouts, which doesn't tell you much. It's like "my car won't start - how much will it cost to fix it?" Loose battery connection or blown engine?
