How can I root files off Phone with No/Broken Screen?

Root Files off Phone with No/Broken Screen

I shattered my phone's screen, this caused the device to no longer show the screen (its blacked out) and I believe I cannot touch the screen.

I have some files for a game located in the root files of my device, which I would like to continue to play on my new phone. To do this I will need them on my computer or SD card so I can copy to another device.

My phone is rooted with CM11 and still turns on, however no screen use.

Is there anyway I can access my root files from my computer and copy them to my SD card or PC?

Welcome to Android Central!

Try checking Amazon for a cheap LCD screen, could be the less time consuming way to to it.
