Hi, it happened a while back but I'm only posting about it now since I just tried reinstalling it and the personal dictionary is still the exact same. Basically, it has the stuff I manually added, but no longer supports the shortcut letters (my email has 3571, it's now in the dictionary as etuq), and i can't add or remove anything from it.
I'd like to avoid clearing the cloud data if possible, I just need the personal dictionary reset or something. It's still separate to the samsung keyboard and can't find anyone else with the same problem, so I've no idea what's wrong with it.
Edit: just tried on my mums phone and she has the same problem, we've both got an s3 mini
