Does Skype do wifi / 4g handoff?

I'm trying to figure out if Skype can / does to wifi / 4g/3g handoffs or if the call will be dropped and I haven't been able to find the answer anywhere. If Skype Customer Service Chat ever answers me, I'll post here unless anyone can enlighten me first.

In case anyone was interested, here's the response from Skype:
"You can surely do that. However we really do not recommend using it as it is not a reliable connection and sometimes fluctuating."
