how is themer able to be free? does it read information from my phone?

it seems like a really neat app but there's no paid version... just some premium themes. is there something nefarious about it that's not noticeable at first glance?

What's "nefarious" is that some people just like to share an app they've written - it used to be called "shareware". I guess most people have become too greedy to give software away for free now. (If I had a dime for each copy of my freeware that's been downloaded over the decades, I'd be wealthy.)
