Why is my device showing invalid imei?

why is my device showing invalid imei

I tried resetting my mo3w android tablet and after the reset I got invalid imei number...I tried checking on the net for solution but all points to connecting my device a computer here is the case the device can't even detect on my PC. Any help would do.

Welcome to Android Central! Was it malfunctioning before the reset? Off-brand or no-name devices like yours are much more likely to have hardware or firmware defects, which I suspect is what happened here. There may not be much you can do about this, since support for your device is probably minimal or nonexistent, and you'd be hard pressed to find anyone in the community who has the same device, and who can help in this situation.
