Phone stucks when calling/being called

Hello, I have an android 5.1 phone and I have a problem with it since few minutes ago. I called my brother, after that whenever I got called or I tried to call my phone stucks, buttons on the sides work, but the touch is not working anymore.

Is the call locked on screen? No option to end the call as the screen is not responsive? I had this with my Nexus 6 and a reboot resolved the issue.

Rebooted it several times, still not working when someone calling/i call someone, the screen moves and all that, only the touch isn't responsive.

I've done a factory reset...works now..ty anyway

How do you do a factory reboot? And do you lose all photos if you do it?
