how to assign ring tones?

I recently bought a T-Mobile G2.
My tech acumen is low, so, I'm learning my phone at a slow pace.
Here's my 1st (of many) question.

Having made several ring tones, (using the Ringdroid app.) is there a way, I can assign a different ring tone to different groups of contacts?
I have my phone contacts divided into family, work, homies, & 12 step people.
If possible, I want a different ring tone for each group.
