AC Question

with a police wiretap can echo/duplicate texts later disappear from my phone?

I think my phone is police tapped (son in trouble). A spy app shows it is. I think their mic got stuck or something. As I texted my daughter (I speak them always) my first two words were "you know". Which continued to duplicate in all of my later texts. Even in between my sentences and words. "you know" was every where! This went on for about for 1/2 an hour...until I got tired of fooling with it. A couple hours later when I next looked at my messages all of the "you knows" were gone! All texts looked normal. The weird ones were still on my daughters phone but gone from mine. I did take pics of the screen with another phone while this was happening so I do have proof of what I'm trying to explain. Does anyone know what could cause this? Is it a wiretap?

The best bet here would be to consult an attorney.
