Can "Do Not Disturb" automatic rules change the DND mode?

I leave my phone on Priority Only all the time because I hate notification sounds and vibrations. I would like to create an automatic rule that changes it to Total Silence whenever I'm in class, but apparently the automatic rules only do anything if you're not already on DND.

Is there a way to make the automatic rule take me from Priority Only to Total Silence?
