I have a problem with Viber, can I get some help?

I have a problem with viber !

I deleted viber and in 3 days I downloaded it again.(After the last update)I tried to log in by typing my phone number And a SMS message didnt sent . I tried the second way and I failed. HELP!

Welcome to the forums. What device do you have? You could try this. Go to settings - apps - select Viber - force stop - clear data and uninstall. After this, check with a file explorer that there are no Viber files left behind. If there are, delete them manually or use an app like SD Maid (corpse finder). Reboot your phone, install Viber and run the setup again.

If they same problem persists maybe your account got stuck in their server. In general, with this kind of apps it's safer logging out before uninstalling. If this is your case you need to get in touch with Viber support team and tell them to reset your account in their servers to fix the problem. Tell us how it goes.
