How can I fix a Status Bar problem?

Status Bar problem

My phones status bar has a problem.The status bar doesnt show the downloads or notifications I have and the setting option doesnt work....I did restore to factory settings and it still doesnt work.Please help me

Welcome to the forums. What device and android version do you have? Did you install all your apps back right after the factory reset? You could check if the same problem persists after booting into safe mode. Tell us how it goes.

Go to settings - notifications. You might have them disabled.
