Text to speech app will not go away.

Hello.I have a Huawei P10 and somehow I have enable a text to speech app on it that leaves a little message icon on my screen that no matter what I do it can't remove it. It really is doing my head in. Can anyone please please please help before the phone gets thrown in the sea.
