Permanently disconnect/remove a connected device on hotspot??

I have Verizon Motorola Razr with hotspot. How do I permanently disconnect a connected device? I tried disconneted it but then it would automatically connect again.

I know I've always seen when disconnecting from WiFi on my various devices it always gives the option Disconnect or Forget.
