Huawei m10 lite, mi a1 or Redmi 5 plus?

So I’m looking for a new budget phone, switching from a faulty iPhone 6s. I know I can’t expect the same performance from a budget phone, but I simply won’t pay that much for a phone again, which leads me to these options.

Now, I live in Denmark, and the prices are :

Mi a1: 220 usd

Redmi 5 Plus 250 usd

Mate 10 lite 320 usd

Which phone would you suggest as the best within these prices, and why?

I focus on cameras, but I know the Xiaomi aren’t great there. And I also wage durability high.

Not necessarily, but I don’t want a too big phone or a phone that has oled.
