This feels like a dumb question to me, but I haven't found an answer. I'm not sure if this is an Android question, a 2.2.2 question or a Nexus 1 question, forgive me if I'm in the wrong forum.
I have a rooted N1 on 2.2.2
No extra overlays or anything, just the stock OS/stock SMS app.
I can't figure out how to delete more than one thread at a time.
I've recently come from an HTC with Sense to the N1.
With Sense there was an extra option in the menu which put you into a delete mode.
I've also found in email the check box/delete tool, but nothing like that seems to exist in SMS.
Is that right, or am I missing something?
I get several SMS every hour from monitoring software. When I am away from my phone for a few hours 20 or 30 can build up (say, I sleep for a few hours). The press hold, select delete, confirm is tedious to clear a group of messages.
Thanks for your insight,
Scott
