Nexus 4 with 5.1.1 will not be connect to computer, can I get some help?

Nexus 4 with 5.1.1 will not be connect to computer

I have read previous post, and Storage, USB computer connection , choose (MTP or PTP) will still not able to connect to my computer. It charges but never recognized by Windows 7 (even opening device managers Android can't be seen)

Try installing the drivers to your PC. You can find the drivers here at the website provided below, just scroll down and find LGE.

Thank you srkmagnus for replying. My computer doesn't sees 'Other device' in devices (step 4) nor does 'Android Phone'. I did followed your link and from LGE installed 'LG Bridge'. It also doesn't sees any mobile devices hooked up. I did tried my 3rd USB cord already and its still just charging and not recognizing phone. Any help would be appriciated
