You're right - the Pixel 4 is a gorgeous device and it is a shame that we feel so afraid to show off our devices!

I sometimes use my white Samsung Galaxy S10 without a case during Zoom work meetings and when I am at home, but I still feel afraid of the unknowns: what if I drop it? What if I bang it into a wall? etc.

Yep, I do like it. Just don't really "need" another case. bk has already got me hooked on skins, I have used 2 different skins already within a few months just to change up the color of my Pixel. Now he keeps posting cool pics of that bumper case. Shame on him. . LOL. (just kidding of course)

Hahaha I hear you dude! Honestly for me, my first skin was the white marble skin but it look much more plain Jane and person versus on deep brains website. And I also have the full body skin which covered the sides of the phone. It was annoying to put on. Especially with a hair dryer to melt the glue around my phone. This can I have now from dbrand, it's just a back plate because you don't see the edges due to the bumper case / a regular case so it doesn't make a difference.

Ha, yeah exactly! Phones do look beautiful why should we hide them when we can show them off as long as we are protecting it?!

I have a Spigen bumper case on my 2XL. It is low profile, looks great and definitely saved my phone once when it was knocked out of my hands accidently , went flying about 5 feet into the air and landed on a ceramic floor. It was during a business trip and if my phone was out of commission it would have been very challenging.
TL;DR No way I go caseless. Except sometimes at home. But rarely.

Hey, hey, I really appreciate! Technically blue and red are BMW m colors! My father's got an m car so I wanted to theme it out like that! And yeah the rhino shield white bumper case matches my white Pixel 3 XL and it's protected and it's stylish so it's a win-win for me! v

I envy people that have the guts to use their phone naked lol. I'm too clumsy so I always have to have a case on my phone.

I'd never use a phone naked. EVER. One drop and your money is gone! I don't care if it's a scratch, ding, or the screen breaks. These things are too expensive to risk it.
I remember back then when I got the BlackBerry KeyONE as soon as it was released and there were no cases for it, just used it for 2 days and dropped it once from a short distance on the floor and it had a big ugly ding in the corner that I couldn't live with so I sold it and took a big loss.

before I really didn't want any case on my phone as it changes the feel and handle. tried out thin cases and worked well for some time but I realized no matter how careful I am withe phone sooner or later you'll be able to accidentally drop it. so ever since I buy cases which have nice protection. not too thick or thin.
now got so many cases to dispose. I am using nomad rugged with moment lens mount on my 4xl and have an incoming Mouse clarity

I like Incipio Dualpro case or those like them. Two layer protection yet very lightweight and not bulky. I don't have large hands and they fit it perfectly.
I also use a Zagg screen protector on the front of my P4XL. The Incipio Zagg combo has taken great care of my phone's for the last 6 years or so without a scratch on the phone itself.

So I ended up pulling the trigger and ordered the Rhinoshield bumper. Received it today and really like the look especially how it feels in the hand. I don't have any skins just bare pixel but planning on checking out some skins and ordering a few. Probably more to help it have some scratch resistance and switch it up a little.

Yeah, dude, rhino shield bumper case on your pixel 4 XL is going to look freaking sweet! You should check out where the dbrand skins though! It'll make your Pixel 4 look even better!

I was looking at them earlier. So many nice ones don't know which to pick. Might grab 2/3. Too bad you can swap them on demand without ruining them. Wish someone would make some sort of magnetic version "if possible" that would stick to the back of the pixel 4 XL and stick. Then allow for it to be easily swapped without ruining or throwing out the skin you remove. Would be cool to swap on demand.
