I am considering buying a Pixel 7 phone but, having read about probIems with the 6, am concerned about possible issues with using Tidal. I stream via Bluetooth to an Audio engine B1 connected to my hifi system. - thanks.

Never had any issues streaming audio to my Samsung sound bar or boom ultimate ears. Fwiw.

I have a Pixel 4a and I cannot instal the Tidal app. I have heard that there have been similar problems with the Pixel 6. I want to buy a 7 but am looking for reassurances that I will be able to instal Tidal.

I'm moved your question to pixel 7 forum even though u have a pixel 4a maybe members there can help you as they might use the app and previously come from older pixel that had that app.

I'm able to install Tidal on my Pixel 7 Pro and my Galaxy A32 5G.

I'm on Qobuz with virtually issues and 7 pro. I did get a call yesterday while streaming Qobuz through a Bluetooth speaker and after the call Bluetooth would not stay connected. But after restarting my phone and reconnecting, it stayed connected
