From mobile app
T mobile app

Using samsung A10e

Maybe have to download from website
Not app
PDF for bill
Phone gives me pull down notification that it has been downloaded

Thanks for the welcome!
I just am shocked that almost half the world is using this system and it seems we are very ignorant about how it really works

When android is updated they do not give us exact details about what has changed

I had to look at wikipedia to see specifications for update to 9

The T-Mobile Galaxy A10e has always had Android 9, ever since it was released. It never had Android 7 or 8, so I'm not sure why you're saying that Android updated

I downloaded file from website and it did download

So phone app is apparently not downloading to phone rite?

Why do phone apps never work quite the same as website apps

Where do we find specs for android updates

Even if my phone a10 e has never been updated

Maybe I'm asking too many questions at once but I have another question

Am I wrong or didn't android 9 have a mobile
Data toggle icon in its pull down menu

Or was I imagining that

Didn't i have an icon in pull down menu which
would show me if I was using mobile data
or not

Maybe I was dreaming!

Because after I put in new sim card from t mobile after merging with sprint it seems like
this toggle disappeared

If it ever existed!

And I could toggle it off or on

Chrome

If you're trying to download something using the T-Mobile app, then go to Settings>Apps, select T-Mobile, then Permissions, and make sure it has Storage or Files permission turned on. (If it doesn't, then it probably can't successfully download anything to your storage.)

If you're using Chrome, then tap the Chrome browser's menu (the 3 dot button at the upper right), then Downloads, and look there.

Yes it did have access to storage
I'll check chrome downloads

Yes it did download into chrome
So phone app will download
Toggled ask where to download
Then I will know exactly where it ends up
