On my Samsung GT-N7 100, why do I get an error message DF-DFERH-01, when I try to access Play Store?

A

AC Question

I have a Samsung GT-N7 100; for 3 weeks no PlayStore. I get an error message DF-DFERH-01.

I get the error message and then a half-screen with my gmail address and then
Redeem
Settings
Help and Feedback
About Google

but each time I touch the word to goes to the error message again.

Welcome to Android Central! A few things to try:

1. Go to the App Manager, select Google Play Store, and Clear Cache/Clear Data, then Force Stop. Do the same for Download Manager.
2. Go to Settings>Accounts, remove your Google account, then add it back.
3. Open Google Play Store, swipe in from the left, tap My Account, and make sure you have a valid form of payment associated with your account.
