OTA update went fine, lots of apps not updating, server errors

Did you force the update with the Framework trick? In any event, try removing your Google account, rebooting and then adding it back.

I have problems when updating my GNex to Android 4.3

I've received the update installation of Android 4.3 on my Galaxy Nexus. My mobile is unlocked and rooted. When I choose to install the update, the mobile is rebooted and in the middle of installation it says there is an unknown package trying to be installed. It asks if I want to install, I choose yes and then I get an error. I'm using Super SU and don't have any clue of what is the reason for this to be happening.

Should I need to create a new thread for this problem?

Removing your Google account and adding back again should fix that problem.
